Our client is currently seeking a talented Technical Project Manager with expertise in Floating Front End Engineering Design (FEED) to join othier team.Position: Technical Project Manager – FloatingLocation: Barcelona, SpainAbout the Role: As a Technical Project Manager specializing in Floating FEED, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing engineering design projects from concept to FEED completion. Your responsibilities will include coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring project milestones are met, and delivering high-quality engineering solutions within budget and schedule constraints. You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that drive innovation in the renewable energy industry.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Floating FEED projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather project requirements and specifications.
• Oversee the development of engineering deliverables, including technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues to maintain project momentum.
• Monitor project progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing among project team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in project management, specifically in Floating FEED projects within the renewable energy sector.
• Strong technical background in structural engineering, offshore engineering, or related disciplines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
