• Manage technical Scrum teams
• Manage cross functional, global software development projects
• Guide the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers
• Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving
• Facilitate getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work
• Ability to function effectively in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to plan and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
• Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
• Support and educate the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog
• Provide all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example
• Improve team velocity and leverage tools like burn downs and capacity modeling to ensure that the teams are productive

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.QualificationsBasic Qualifications

• 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred
• SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) certification is good to have
• Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc
• Proven track record in program management within a technical environment
• Strong technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Experience with Jira Align or similar project management software
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with other departments and varying levels of management
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and project management counterparts to deliver products/services
