Apply today!The positionAs Technical Project Manager, you primary responsibility involves driving the implementation of IT/OT on new production lines. As our project portfolio of both implementation and development projects is growing, this requires different skillsets and approach.Some of your key activities include:

  • Overseeing and coordinating project activities
  • Ensuring project deliverables are achieved within set deadlines
  • Facilitating effective communication and collaboration between external and internal stakeholders
  • Leading a group of OT-specialists and project managers

QualificationsTo be considered for this position, we imagine you:

  • Hold an academic degree in Engineering or relevant experience within the industry
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of practical experience within Automation / IT / OT
  • Bring at least 5 years of project management expertise, driving large projects with several stakeholders involved
  • Possess a structured approach to your work and a solution-oriented mindset, embodying the inspiration needed to drive impactful change and success
  • Showcase proficiency in both written and spoken English

It would be considered as an advantage if you have experience in MES system / Manufacturing execution system / Vision / Data collection / Networks / Thinmanager or had exposure to the pharmaceutical industry.On a personal level, you excel in communication and collaboration, easily engaging with stakeholders at all levels. You thrive in dynamic, multicultural settings, where your positive and proactive attitude enables you to identify opportunities within the organization and work effectively with colleagues to achieve successful outcomes and drive success.About the departmentRobotics & Operational Technology is a growing department, within Device Manufacturing Development, consisting of highly skilled people in the domain of vision, MI, robotics, automation, intralogistics, transportation, and project execution.We are an innovative department who strives to meet complex needs in the Novo Nordisk production facilities. By utilizing the capabilities and skills in our department, we ensure that Novo Nordisk gain the benefits of modern technology and stay at the forefront of manufacturing technology.

You will be joining our Project Executing team, which develops and implements the newest technologies and most exciting solutions at Novo Nordisk sites across the world. We stand out as one of the liveliest and most diverse teams you can find, with experts and project managers from various educational backgrounds.
