To strengthen our Solutions & Services team, we are looking for a Technical Project Manager, preferably living in the Rotterdam area, to lead the successful delivery of complex technical projects. Your expertise in project management, software implementation and data integration expertise will be crucial in ensuring the timely and efficient execution of projects. You will be part of a team of colleagues, each bringing their own knowledge and experience in data integrations (Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, Data experts, etc.)In this role, you’ll primarily be responsible for implementing our data in different CRM solutions, working closely with (y)our customers. You will ensure that the integration is set up on time, meets all customer requirements and meets all quality requirements. In addition to implementing new clients, you will work to resolve issues with existing integrations and provide support to clients as required.Responsibilities:

• Lead technical project implementations and migrations with a particular focus on the delivery of Cloud-based solutions;
• Act as primary interface with clients regarding project status, budget, scope and issues;
• Work with the account management team to scope required effort and define timelines;
• Work closely with clients and project teams to identify and assure delivery against key business requirements and milestones;
• Track and communicate project status, plans, issues, timelines, action items and budgets;
• Exercise scope management/control with respect to the client, team and partners;
• Manage activities for cross-functional teams and coordinate technology and implementation plans with internal and external resources (domestic/international teams);
• Oversee application design – manage delivery of new processes within a consultative client relationship to ensure highest quality and client satisfaction;
• Work with (Pre-)Sales to develop proposals for new business opportunities and present these to.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent experience;
• Excellent time management and communication skills (essential);
• Analytical mindset with a strong interest in IT;
• Previous project management experience;
• Affinity for or experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM software is a plus.

Competencies

• Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies;
• Experience of project management software and tools;
• Ability to communicate with and manage the expectations of internal and external stakeholders;
• Ability to develop, manage, and monitor multi-disciplinary project plans;
• Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus);
• Ability to prepare and present progress reports to management teams.

Soft skills

• Ability to remain flexible and adapt to changing circumstances;
• Capability to perform under pressure and handle multiple tasks;
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team on complex issues.
