Job DescriptionWe are assisting our Senior Technical Program Manager in Digital Security in finding a key partner. The position can be based in either Billund or Copenhagen.Please note that there is no relocation budget for this role. Anchored in Digital Security, you will lead initiatives focused on Technology Risk Remediation and core governance and compliance activities, ensuring The LEGO Group remains safe, secure, and resilient.Tasks include:

  • Scoping, requirements, and defining objectives for delivery
  • Working with diverse stakeholders to communicate and secure support for delivery
  • Applying best practice for change delivery in a flexible environment, including risk, assumption, issue, dependency, and change management
  • Role model behaviors and approaches for applying the agile mentality in a pragmatic way
  • Working with ambiguity to identify and address business needs
  • Collaboration and leadership behaviors to drive, motivate, and support team members in delivery
  • Transparent tracking, management, and reporting of progress towards objectives.

Play your part in our team succeedingOur team builds and runs our central Digital Security, which is centre point to our ambition of being a risk-led supporting function of The LEGO Group’s mission.This role will be essential in driving value through delivery of change objectives, and understanding its contribution to overall strategic objectives.Do you have what it takes?We are seeking an individual with a proven track record of successful delivery in Project, Programme, and Agile environments. The person will possess excellent core Project Management competencies, particularly in Risk, Assumption, Issue, and Dependency (RAID) management, and have substantial experience working with Agile methodologies. The person should also be adept at navigating high ambiguity environments and capable of performing scoping activities alongside change delivery management. Strong documentation and traceability skills are essential, along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities. The ideal candidate can communicate effectively, influence, and challenge senior partners while also serving as a role model to lead and motivate teams.Nice to have:

  • Experience working in technology-led / IT Risk Remediation beneficial but not essential
  • Experience in delivering in hybrid waterfall-agile environments
