Then you might be our new colleague.As our Technical Product Owner, you are responsible for ensuring the development and implementation of technical solutions that enhance our supply chain capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.The team you will be part of:Based at our global HQ, located in Ballerup, Denmark you will join Supply Chain Solutions team – and report to Director Christian Vindegaard Grønberg.In your role you will be joining 1 out of 5 scrum teams in the team. You will be responsible for designing and delivering the fulfillment and warehouse setup for our Hearing Division as a part of our Digital Transformation Program, DTP, where we are transitioning from Navision into a combination of Salesforce and D365FO.You will join a scrum team currently consisting of 8 highly skilled functional consultants and developers. As Product Owner, you also take ownership of the solution for our Enterprise and Gaming divisions and must drive the continuous improvement to this and ensure the consistency among the tree divisions.Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:Define, refine and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with our Business Product Owners, ensuring alignment with business goals and requirements.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, translating them into actionable user stories.Work closely with delivery teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and timely delivery of features.Monitor and report on product performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize functionality and user experience.Act as the primary point of contact for all technical aspects of the product, providing guidance and support to the development team.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our solutions remain competitive and innovative.To succeed in the role, we imagine that you have:Acquired a total of ten years’ experience across D365FO, AX, and Navision platforms.A higher educational background within Computer Science, Information Technology, or other relevant fields of study.Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an IT or supply chain environment.Comprehensive insight into supply chain mechanisms and digital tools.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Jira).Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficient in balancing multiple commitments and performing well under tight deadlines.Are fluently in written and spoken English and you are comfortable communicating with others.We imagine that agility is a part of your DNA and that you can navigate in a global organization with multiple touch points. You consider yourself equally talented in designing and implementing solutions, which is complimented with your ability to make the complex understandable to your stakeholders.Your ability to work effectively with others is evident in your contributions to setting up a responsive IT framework.
