We are currently seeking a dynamic Technical Product Marketing Manager who will be based in our offices, in Brussels, Belgium, and who will lead the promotion of our Primary Switchgear Medium Voltage range (BE/NL).As the Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our product range both internally and externally by leveraging the 5 P’s of marketing: Product, Place, Price, Promotion, and People of course. You will play a crucial role in preparing for new product launches and ensuring our customers recognize the added value of our offerings.What will you do?

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for the Primary Switchgear Medium Voltage range.
• Promote new product launches and drive awareness of our innovative solutions.
• Be our product expert at fairs and in customer meetings and discuss technical details and added value of our offers.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
• Drive the transition towards promoting related services and digital solutions.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
• Prepare and give technical trainings to our customers.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

• Bachelor’s or a master’s degree, ideally in business engineering or marketing with an engineering specialisation/experience.
• Strong technical background with at least 5 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, product management, or sales support.
• Fluent in French/English or Dutch/English.
• Proven commercial drive and ability to understand complex technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
