  • Analyse and summarise the sales status to support the creation of the BP sales plan in coordination with the Demand Planner.
  • Conduct regular market and SWOT analyses on the responsible product category, including competitor products, prices, distribution channels, and promotional activities.
  • Plan and coordinate price setting activities in coordination with the Marketing Manager, including the process and approval follow-up, as well as pricing implementation.
  • Develop the business by creating the future product plan and by introducing new products to the markets. Closely work together with the key-customers, management, and the factory marketing/product planning team.
  • Develop training content and materials for the assigned product range, for internal and external training implementation.
  • Create and coordinate sales plan (by product category and distribution strategy), while keeping up-to-date with the market practice and trends.
  • Follow and keep up-to-date with local legal regulations and funding possibilities to incorporate into the product strategy.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, as well as corresponding lifecycle reporting on a regular basis
  • Create technical documentations, certifications & technical databases, and adapt centrally provided material to the local market.
  • Support the Marketing Communications team in creating PR material, by providing technical information and content.
  • Support implementation all necessary marketing activities (eg. sell-out/sell-in campaigns, promotions, trade fairs, Reps meeting, catalogues, mkt. materials, PR, mockups, advertisement)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Desired relevant University Degree (Economics or Engineering) with functionally focused, deep Marketing expertise
  • At least 3 years of experience in the same or a similar business function
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Effective utilization of recognized planning, analytical or conceptual principles and techniques
  • Understanding and applying principles of effective project management
  • Ability to apply technical data knowledge to provide sound analyses in order to drive results significantly and support respective management decision
  • Understands impact of legislation and law regulations relevant to the business or function
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail, innovative, driven and flexible
