Softpay is expanding and searching for a senior Technical Product Manager with experience from fintech and/or the payment industry, who wants to build a world class global payment product.You will join the Softpay product team where you take ownership of product areas, and deep dive with customers, partners, and the engineering team. Your ability to represent business users’ needs and understand APIs and technical specifications will be key to success in this role.About SoftpaySoftpay is a fintech company headquartered in Copenhagen, providing a software-based payment solution that is reshaping the way shops accept contactless card payments. Our innovative mobile app eliminates the need for physical terminals, enabling merchants to streamline their payment processes.Our solution caters to businesses of all sizes, empowering retailers, hospitality businesses, and transportation companies to enhance the customer experience by accepting payments in the aisles, at the table, or on the go.Since our product launch in 2021, we have expanded our reach and are now live in more than 15 countries. Our team of over 40 experienced and passionate professionals, spread across Europe, is dedicated to advancing the future of payments.Responsibilities

• Interact with merchants, integrators, and partners to gain insight into what features and capabilities provide the most value to them.
• Analyze and transform business requirements into solutions with developers and architects, setting the right priorities while being crisp on the short-term and long-term scope.
• Manage and drive specific product areas including some of the solution API’s and launch new capabilities of the product.
• Support our sales and marketing team with your expertise and content, to promote the product and in sales meetings.

Need-to-have

• At least 5 years in a software product management role, where you have successfully taken one or more products into production.
• Knowledge from fintech and/or the payment domain and interest in being a champion in contactless card payments
• Good analytical skills and technical understanding with the ability to bridge between both business and engineering.
• Execution skills, can-do attitude, positive, highly self-driven, structured, detail oriented and a good team player.

Good-to-have

• Experience from SaaS platforms, API’s and Mobile applications
• Experience with in-person card payments and point-of-sales solutions.
• MSc. in a relevant field
• Already living in Denmark and the Copenhagen wider area
• Danish skills and/or another major European language than English.
