Join our dynamic Data Analytics and AI (DA&AI) team within Operations IT at AstraZeneca. As a Technical Principal Product Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of driving innovation in a leading pharmaceutical company. You’ll have the opportunity to develop strategic data and AI products that align with our business goals. This role offers the chance to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered solutions, such as AI-Powered such as Autonomous manufacturing , Generative AI, and Digital Twins. You will lead the development of technical products aligned with business goals and oversee the end-to-end delivery of Data and AI solutions. Your role will involve breaking down feature epics into technical tasks, managing dependencies, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and sustainable product delivery. You will collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver innovative solutions, conduct research to drive continuous improvement and innovation, optimize resource allocation through data-driven decisions, and maintain high standards for in-house products and tools.Accountabilities:
As a Technical Principal Product Lead, you will provide strategic consultancy for Data, Analytics and AI products to business and IT stakeholders aligned to Manufacturing, Digital transformation and Sustainability operations.Essential Skills/Experience:Exposure of Pharma manufacturing domain or sustainabilityExperience of delivering Digital products using Data, Analytics and AI technologies.Expertise in Data Analytics and AI technologies.Experience leading complex data and AI projects.Proficiency in the full software development lifecycle.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience working in Agile teams.Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.DesirableMaster’s, M.B.A., or PhD in a relevant fieldProduct/Project Management experience in Data, Analytics & AI solutionsPrevious involvement in a large multinational company, Pharmaceutical or similar environmentWhen we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
