Manage Halliburton Cementing customer owned inventory at the Dusavik warehouse.

-Maintain full control of all inventory movements in and out of the warehouse, ensuring that all transactions are accurately reflected in our inventory management systems (SAP).
-Ensure that all relevant documentation accompanies the equipment (manufacturing date, service life, assembly documentation) and that it is fully traceable to the physical equipment in the yard.
-Perform periodic customer reporting and physical inventory counts.
-Support Service Coordinators in optimizing the utilization of available equipment, both made-up assemblies and loose inventory assets.
-Maintain control of assemblies (made-up equipment not registered in SAP).
-Ensure continuous communication with operations.

Qualifications:

-Extensive knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S4 HANA, focus on warehouse and material modules.
-Solution-oriented mindset, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and finding practical solutions
-Trade certificate in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management is preferred.
-5-10 years of relevant work experience may compensate for formal education
-Trade Certificate
