Technical Partner Success Manager

Ecosystem & Ventures 

Location:  (Hybrid/home-based/Office) 

Position Summary:

Bentley Systems is seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic Ecosystem and Venture team as a Technical Support Engineer for the Bentley Developer Network (BDN) and Build & Integrate Partners (OEM). In this role, you will be instrumental in meeting the technical product requirements of our OEM and BDN Partners. By employing a proactive, service-oriented approach, you will ensure successful outcomes tailored to our partners’ unique needs, thereby boosting the global adoption of our technology through OEM and BDN Partner solutions.

We will rely on you for the following:

-Addressing partners’ product technical inquiries or issues related to white/grey label software setup, product functionality, and bugs/enhancements.
-Identifying gaps in OEM/BDN offerings and relaying partner feedback to the related Bentley product team.
-Emphasizing the adoption of newly developed/released features of OEM-able products, SDKs and APIs.
-Sharing relevant Bentley product/solution content with partners 
-Acting as the primary support liaison between the company and partners for urgent support issues.
-Keeping partners informed about the resolution of their problems.
-Conducting follow-up, testing, and troubleshooting of OEM/BDN products, and referring issues to other support and quality assurance teams as needed.
-Upholding a high-quality, professional, service-oriented company image among partners.
-Responding to partner requests via phone, email, and web portal.
-Building strong relationships with partners to become a “trusted technical advisor.”
-Promoting active participation of BDN partners in Bentley forums and communities.
-Technical advice and support of Business Development colleagues working on new OEM/BDN opportunities

What You Bring to the Team:

style=”list-style-type:circle;margin-bottom:11.0px”-
-At least 5+ years of direct experience using or implementing Bentley Cad/BIM software and Cloud Solutions is preferable.
-Survey and Mapping, engineering degree or industry experience is required.
-A strong knowledge and track record in survey and mapping workflows is required.
-Experience with the following Bentley software is required: iTwin Capture (Orbit 3DM, ContextCapture), ProjectWise and MicroStation.
-Fluency in English is required.  Fluency in Dutch, German and/or French is desired but not required.
-Knowledge of photogrammetry, mapping and engineering design is required.
-Excellent written and oral communication as well as strong partner facing skills
-Ability to learn and effectively troubleshoot, configure, and advise on the Bentley technology/solutions.
