We are looking for a talented Technical Operations Quality Engineer to join our team for CUMMINS, Oevel.

Jouw taken

• Verantwoordelijk voor de technische documentatie en het organiseren van projectrelevante databoeken.

• Leiden van kwaliteitsinitiatieven, procesverbeteringen en documentbeheer.

• Zorgen voor naleving van normen zoals ISO 9001, IATF 16949, en ISO/IEC 17025.

• Identificeren, volgen en rapporteren van non-conformiteiten en klachten.

• Implementeren van maatregelen om negatieve gevolgen van non-conforme metingen te minimaliseren.

• Controleren van meetkwaliteit en gegevensbeheer en besluitvorming over toepassing van kwaliteitscertificeringen.

• Ontwikkelen van auditinstrumenten en -planningen.

• Definiëren van leveranciersvereisten en beheren van leverancierslijst.

• Nauwe samenwerking met kwaliteitssysteemingenieurs en inkoop.

Your tasks

• Responsible for technical documentation and organizing project-relevant databooks

• Leading quality initiatives, process improvements, and document management.

• Ensuring compliance with standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO/IEC 17025.

• Identifying, tracking, and reporting non-conformities and complaints.

• Implementing measures to minimize negative impacts of non-conforming measurements.

• Monitoring measurement quality and data management, and making decisions regarding the application of quality certifications.

• Developing audit tools and schedules.

• Defining supplier requirements and managing the qualified suppliers list.

• Close collaboration with quality systems engineers and procurement.

Jouw profiel

• Ingenieursachtergrond of ervaring in technische documentatie voor productie.

• Ervaring met systemen zoals IFS en ERP is een pluspunt.

• Je hebt ervaring in het lezen van P&ID’s.

• Je hebt kennis van material test reports/certificates en van traceability.

• Kennis van regelgeving zoals PED (Pressure Equipment Directive) en ASME is een pluspunt.

• Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.

• Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en oog voor detail.

Your profile

• Engineering background or experience in technical documentation for production.

• Experience with systems such as IFS and ERP is a plus.

• You have experience in reading P&IDs.

• You have knowledge of material test reports/certificates and traceability.

• Knowledge of regulations such as PED (Pressure Equipment Directive) and ASME is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
