Our client, a pioneering leader in advanced medical device solutions, is seeking a Technical Manager to drive the global standardized implant portfolio. Role Responsibilities:
* Drive the strategic planning and end x2011;to x2011;end management of the global standard device portfolio (implants and surgical instruments), aligning product roadmaps with market needs and the company’s mission to improve patient outcomes.
* Lead a cross-functional change and acceleration program, identifying and resolving bottlenecks across R&D, manufacturing, quality, regulatory and logistics to significantly reduce time x2011;to x2011;market.
* Act as the central point of contact for standard product and process initiatives worldwide, benchmarking top industry players, defining best practices, and shaping scalable loan, consignment and logistics solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and product availability.
Requirements:
* Degree in Engineering or Science
* Multiple years of experience in standardized device portfolios
* Deep expertise across the full product value chain: R&D, manufacturing, quality, regulatory affairs, and supply chain.
* Strong strategic and influencing skills, backed by a solid understanding of ISO 13485, EU MDR, FDA and other global regulations.
* Fluent level of English
