Technical Implementation Specialist (Digital Computational Pathology)

Contribute to driving the digital breakthrough in pathology & implement complex IT Solutions to our healthcare customers.

Your role:

  • Be the Technical Implementation Specialist on state-of-the-art Philips Digital Computational Pathology (DCP) IT solutions, enabling clinicians to view high resolution scanned images & diagnose effectively.

  • You will enable storing & real time streaming of up to petabytes of data through working on new customer & upgrade projects & participating in troubleshooting.

  • Working with the Project Manager, Engineers, the Customer & 3rd parties, you will install and configure server software solutions, ensuring the customers DCP lifecycle is smooth.

  • This role offers you the chance to work from home, with up to 10% travel predominately covering customers across the UK&I.

You’re right for this role if:

  • You have several years’ experience working with Windows Server, VMware, Hardware installations and SQL Server (in order of priority)

  • You’re an excellent communicator with the ability to understand customer requirements.

  • Troubleshooting and analysing problems energises you.

  • You hold a full UK Driving License and have a willingness to travel.
