Get ready to step into the vibrant world of Real Estates! For our development department, we’re currently looking for a Technical Development Manager. Based in Antwerp and Brussels, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day project follow-up whereby you always prioritize quality, planning and budget. What’s in it for you?

• You work out innovative building concepts in collaboration with the team

• You participate in the drafting of the tender file

• You coordinate the development of the implementation file

• You manage the entire project team (consisting of architects, engineers, stability, techniques, acoustics, EPB, VeCo, sustainable energy specialists, surveyors, …) and the contractors

• You negotiate with contractors and suppliers

• You set up an efficient site planning, monitor it and adjust where necessary (for example in function of feedback from contractors, suppliers, the end customer and site visits)

• You check the quality, the budget and the imposed standards and legislation

• You are responsible for the provisional and final acceptance

Let’s talk about you

• You have at least 5 years of experience in the follow-up of projects in the construction sector (with a contractor, a developer or an architect).

• You are an engineer or an architect

• You master Autocad, MS Project

• You guarantee a professional, proactive and critical follow-up of budget and planning.

• You have an analytical view to analyse and describe complex issues and to offer and develop creative solutions

• You are bi-lingual, Dutch and Engels
