What you’ll do
-Assistance on technical tasks to Support Engineers – running modified database queries; loading data files; creating reports.
-Documentation updates.
-Email communication with customers.
-Distribution of customer tickets to support engineers.
-Help with office administrative tasks, organization of team events.
-After successful onboarding possibility of procurement related activities: catalog replication, parameters modification, log gathering.
-With progress we’ll slowly raise your game with standard Technical Support Engineer duties, aiming to eventually level you up to a full-time role.
What you bring
-Fluent English with excellent writing skills
-Ability to work independently
-Common sense and logical thinking
-Ability to work even during exam period
-General IT knowledge, experience with SQL and/or programming/scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, Java is an advantage
-Procurement understanding
