We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst/Technical Consultant to join the team of our Partner and provide technical leadership, strategic planning, and customer engagement. Project scope:

• Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to define project requirements
• Managing customer change requests independently, including consulting, development, and deployment
• Designing and testing various software and technical solutions
• Serving as the primary point of contact, offering guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
• Enhancing system efficiency by consulting with end-users and delivering innovative solutions
• Training end-users on hardware functionalities and software applications

Competence demands:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Consultant with a solid understanding of .NET full-stack development
• Strong consulting experience, with the ability to engage with customers, gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and guide the development team
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into effective technical architectures and manage projects from concept through to completion
• After product training, the ability to propose tailored solutions, understand customer demands and convert them into actionable technical requirements for the development team
• Fluency in Polish and English, German will be a plus
