• Utilize experience in banking and finance sector as a Technical Business Analyst to drive the programme deliverables, design led outcomes and changes (review, design, planning and execution including ensuring seamless execution of all logistics).
• Local stakeholder management
• Build and own global stakeholder relationships across multiple areas
• Supports the Product Owner to evolve product by improvement of the data quality and coverage across the system
• Creates detailed analysis of attribute population, relationship between data points and propose ways of improving quality of the data and strategy for validations/rules set up
• Creates analysis of customer journeys and product functionality
• Helps to define and track metrics and Performance Indicators for the product
• Managing the capture, analysis and documentation of business process
• Designing solutions or change interventions related to people and operational management
• Oversee change management activities which can include diverse tasks such as timeline planning to stakeholder engagement\
• Manage or collaborate in change interventions such as training and communication
• Risk identification, risk reporting and devising interventions to mitigating risks
• Budget management and forecasting
• Management of external service providers
• Project support and implementation of on going and post programme activities

YOUR PROFILE

• Master’s or B Tech degree from reputed university in statistics, economics, mathematics or any other quantitative fields.Strong analytical skills with business analysis experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Analytics around growing Lending Portfolio in a profitable manner through right acquisition / balance growth / pricing / other necessary interventions.
• Good understanding of various drivers of profitability for lending products.
• Individuals with understanding of credit risk background is an added advantage.
• Proven ability to use Data and articulate findings effectively.
• Excellent hands on coding skills in SAS / SQL is a must.
• Proactively seeking, exploring and developing use cases by leveraging new data.
• Ability to comprehend intricate and diverse range of business problems and analyse them with limited or complex data and provide a feasible solution framework.
