Role Title: Technical Analyst – Change

Location:
 Central Park, Leopardstown, Dublin

This role is being offered on a permanent basis.

Are you a motivated and talented Technical Analyst? Are you passionate about customer centricity?

Summary of role:

We are looking for a motivated and talented Technical Analyst to deliver best-in-class Customer Engagement Systems. You will primarily be working on systems that our staff use to assist our customers. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM would be beneficial but not essential.  

We’re looking for someone who can:

-Define and document business processes and requirements through collaborative stakeholder / staff engagement and workshop facilitation.
-Interpret and translate requirements into viable solutions, implementing system changes in a highly collaborative fashion, with tangible business benefits.
-Frontline L1 user support of MS Dynamics Sales and Customer Service applications, this involves triaging user queries, raising bugs and redirecting as required.
-Manage system change requests.
-Support the software delivery process end-to-end.
-Document procedures, communications and training materials.
-Facilitate Train the Trainer or Training sessions.
-Manage assigned projects and adhere to agile delivery standards.

-A good understanding of process, systems and data concepts.
-A proven track record in demonstrating a systematic, disciplined, and analytical and customer focused approach to problem solving.
-A good communicator, comfortable interacting with people at various levels across business and IT functions.
-Work as a motivated self-starter who can work with limited supervision, with ability to work in a changing and challenging environment, with a record of producing high quality business analysis deliverables.
-Proven academic record (Business and/or IT), with 3+ years’ experience working in a customer focused environment and/or financial services.
