Danfoss Digital Services in the Climate Solutions Segment is looking for professionals who are committed to our cause of saving energy and reducing food waste through digital solutions.The product:Our team is dedicated to developing a digital IoT platform, called Alsense, designed to significantly enhance energy efficiency and prevent food loss. This tool is not just a product; it’s a movement towards a more sustainable and responsible global footprint. Joining us means contributing to a practical and impactful solution that addresses critical environmental issues.Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.The role:Your mission: Guide multiple teams on their journey to software development excellence.The ultimate goal: Making Alsense an awesome product built in an awesome way!In practice, this means you’ll identify challenges, propose experiments, and lead the change. On an even more practical level, you’ll need to speak the language of both Product Owners and software developers (when they mention things like Dockerized integration tests). You’ll teach, mentor, and challenge individuals at all levels-from gathering customer (or system) feedback to implementing cutting-edge DevOps practices. We want to ship new features and get feedback as often as it makes sense – your job is to help us on the way.You will join three other coaches who are working with development teams on a daily basis. This position also offers a hybrid work arrangement with a primary office in Copenhagen.Background & Skills

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or team leader in a software development product
• Beyond PowerPoint-based coaching: you have the teaching and technical skills to participate in the implementation of the change
• Deep understanding of modern software development practices like Continuous Delivery, Continuous Deployment, Executable Specifications
• Ability to support a team as a Scrum Master if that’s what the team needs at the moment
• Outstanding remote facilitation skills
• Some hands-on experience in one of the following: programming, testing, DevOps
• Experience with working with more than one team at a time

Nice to have:A nerd spirit. GitHub presence. Some experience with Azure DevOps.
