Technical Administrator
Refresco – Kegworth Head Office
Monday – Thursday 8:30 am – 5 pm and Friday 8:30 am – 4 pm

The role:
Reporting to the Master Data Manager, this role oversees the document lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance. It serves as the main contact for document requests and document control, supports project teams, conducts audits, and collaborates with quality teams to maintain high standards.
Key responsibilities:
About you
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a Technical Administration role or Business Administration, with a focus on supporting document control processes. They should exhibit strong IT proficiency, particularly in the Microsoft Office suite, with Excel skills and familiarity with Power BI. Key qualities include attention to detail, multitasking abilities, organisational skills, and be a good communicator.
