Coordination and management of the TA team including employee skill development.

  • Responsible for the control and development of processes, structures and tools within R&D;
  • Interface between the European locations and the Japanese headquarters for coordination of process and system technical improvements such as implementation of a PLM system, Headcount Management, Change Management processes and standardization of technical requirements and regulations;
  • Responsible for Change Management tool including monitoring, trainings and further development;
  • Engineering Administration: Control and Monitor Data Management activities, Training planning for Engineer and Technician;
  • Planning and coordination the implementation of development projects from Japanese headquarters within the Job Request system;
  • Continuous development and improvement of the product development process;
  • Definition and implementation of standards, process descriptions, working documents and KPI methodology for the R&D department;
  • Responsible for the implementation of CCC (China Compulsory Certification) for Eu developed project;
  • Responsible for SAP Master data management for R&D budget management;
  • Responsible to manage information about automotive regulation and EU vehicle related assessment;
  • Responsible to manage process of patent and certification for R&D applications.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or business management discipline;
  • App.10 years’ experience in Research and Development, Resource Management, and Change Management;
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs and SAP;
  • Exceptional analytical skills; you’ll be able to work comfortably with technical data and systems;
  • You are fluent in English. Knowledge of French and/or German and other languages is an asset;
  • Highly effective verbal, written, presentation communications skills;
  • High level of energy, enthusiasm and commitment;
  • You like to work with people from a different environment and cultural background;
  • Driving license B valid in Europe.
