Your primary responsibility will be to drive tech transfer improvement projects to completion, ensuring they are fully implemented and anchored across the organization.You will collaborate with our experienced tech transfer team, internal stakeholders on all levels of our organization, and you will design and implement improvements, maintain strong governance, and provide ongoing support and development.Main Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Drive tech transfer improvement projects from design through to completion, ensuring changes are effectively implemented and anchored.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including management, SMEs, and external consultants.
  • Governance and Monitoring: Implement and maintain a governance structure to ensure alignment, decision-making, and progress tracking.
  • Cross-Functional Steering: Drive the implementation of improvements across various workstreams and organizational levels.
  • Post-Implementation Support: Maintain and further develop the tech transfer process, ensuring a consolidated approach and continuous improvement.
  • Training and Development: Create and conduct training programs to ensure the new processes are understood and followed.
  • Pulse Checks: Regularly assess the impact of implemented changes and make necessary adjustments.

We’re Looking ForA professional with the following competences and at least 7 years of experience

  • Tech transfer Capability: you understand tech transfer processes and interconnections between disciplines and have experience in translating concepts from other industries into sustainable solutions for our organization.
  • Change Agent: you can identify areas for improvement and challenge the status quo, while respecting the expertise and culture, stakeholders and colleagues
  • Passionate Leader & People Developer: you bring enthusiasm and energy to fuel transformation, illustrating stakeholders the benefits; and you drive transformation personally and through others, with a focus on developing people along the way.
  • Strong Communicator: you are an excellent communicator, engaging effectively with all levels of the organization, from SMEs to VPs.
  • Do’er & Finisher: Skilled at navigating complex processes and environments, driving change with alertness, and establishing structure where needed. You have a proven track record of initiating improvement projects and seeing them through to successful completion, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
