You hold a completed WO master’s degree.Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in a corporate environment or a prominent consulting firm.Consulting is in your DNA and you are comfortable engaging in strategic dialogue at the highest level.Demonstrated experience in leading various strategic (IT) projects and/or teams consisting of consultants, IT experts, and business experts.A solid understanding of relevant trends and challenges in the financial sector, along with proven ability to translate them into actionable steps.Ability to translate tech initiatives into compelling business cases, gaining buy-in from business stakeholders for strategic technology investments.Affinity with digital, tech, data & analytics, and agile ways of working.Strong analytical skills, capable of structuring questions both in terms of content and process.Comfortable interacting with diverse groups of (C-level) stakeholders.Positive, creative, enjoyable to work with, and driven to improve yourself and others.Intrinsically motivated to make an impact not only in business but also in society.Fluent in both Dutch and English.This is what we offer youGross monthly salary between € 5115,- and € 8793,- (scale 10-11), depending on your experience.Thirteenth-month bonus, vacation pay, and an annual personal development budget of €1,400.Employee Benefit Budget (11% of your monthly income).
