Your expertise will drive innovation and efficiency, ensuring that our digital products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Becoming a member of one of our product teams offers you the chance to gain practical experience in both technology and the business challenges we face. You will work closely with team members, end-users, and internal stakeholders to develop impactful solutions.Your key responsibilities are to:
- Build, optimize, deploy, and maintain our digital products with focus on continuous delivery and building next generation digital architecture
- Use agile engineering practices as well as various software development technologies and tools to rapidly develop creative and efficient solutions that deliver value to the end users and the company
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agile objectives, such as implementing desired functionality and enhancing the user experience.
- Engage with team and business stakeholders to understand the users and advise on solutions
- Inspire and challenge the organization with your knowledge of various technologies and tools on how to solve complex business problems
- Take part in establishing a strong capability within Software Development to ensure knowledge sharing and sparring across the product teams
As part of a cross-functional Scrum team including a Product Owner, UX/UI specialists, Front-end and Back-end Developers, and a Scrum Master, you will apply best practices in software development while actively contributing to knowledge sharing across agile teams.Our focus is on creating comprehensive digital solutions using cloud technology, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing, utilizing a tech stack that includes Microsoft Azure services, RESTful APIs in C# & Python, and Blazor/React frontend technologies.Candidate profileTo be a successful candidate we expect you to come with a strong understanding and hands-on experience within broad software development i.e. within system architecture, coding for scale, communicating possibilities about what can be built and maintained, as well as a love for experimenting and building MVPs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or other relevant field
- 8+ years of experience in Software Development
- Expertise in object-oriented coding language .NET / C#, experience with designing microservices, API development, and user-centric application development (Blazor, React, or similar)
- Familiarity with one or more Microsoft Azure services, containerization, and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to thrive in a complex scientific stakeholder landscape
As a person you are positive with a can-do attitude, capable of communicating effectively and be empathetic but also pragmatic with an interests in delivering digital solutions for R&D scientists in a biopharma background.
