  • Technical Leadership and Team Management: Guide the technical team, provide strategic advice, and promote a culture of innovation.
  • Support and Maintenance of Systems: Ensure the availability, stability, and performance of the Opera systems, and manage critical incidents.
  • Expertise and Problem Resolution: Act as an expert, resolve complex issues, and provide level 2 support for the PMS.
  • Integration and Interfaces: Ensure smooth integration of the systems related to Opera and collaborate with vendors for interface maintenance.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Management: Keep documentation up to date and contribute to the knowledge base while organizing training for the team.
  • Monitoring and Optimization: Implement monitoring solutions and analyze performance indicators to optimize the systems.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate knowledge transfer to the GSS (Global Support Services) support team.

QualificationsAnd you?You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. You have over 7 years of experience in IT, including at least 3 to 5 years in a leadership role. You possess in-depth expertise in Opera systems and associated hotel management systems, with skills in system integration and API management, as well as a solid understanding of the hospitality industry.Skills:

  • Excellent customer service skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Advanced language skills in French and English.
  • Technical expertise combined with leadership skills.
  • Adaptability and quick learning ability.
  • Experience in vendor management and strong analytical skills.
