Team Secretary
Location : Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire
Salary: Competitive
Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week
Our client is a privately owned, award winning regional house builder that delivers stunning homes in desirable locations across the Homes Counties and South East.
They are looking for a Team Secretary to support their Regional Managing Director and Construction Director based from their head office in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire.
The Role
* Plan the Regional Managing Director’s and Construction Director’s work schedule to maximise the use of their time.
* Manage all emails, diaries, meeting arrangements and correspondence, screening and responding to as appropriate.
* Arrange regular meetings, circulate agendas and actions. Ensuring these are followed up with updates prior to the next meeting.
* Support with collating and recording a range of information from our site teams, including health and safety and quality.
* Create and manage a streamlined process for the payment of utility and council tax bills for all stock plots.
* Schedule training for the site management team in line with renewal dates.
* Take a proactive approach to supporting the regional teams with any other tasks that are required to aid the effective operation of the region.
Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in a similar administrative role supporting Directors.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
* Experience in managing confidential and sensitive information.
* Flexible and able to adapt to what is required.
* Enjoys working independently, with a high degree of professionalism.
* Approachable and easily builds positive relationships with colleagues.
