Responsibilities:

* Prepare and cook high-quality, buffet-style meals for team members, focusing on nutritious and delicious options
* Set up for evening service, ensuring all food stations are stocked and presentation is maintained
* Plan menus and maintain inventory to ensure a variety of meals are available
* Work independently to manage the kitchen during the daytime, aligning with office hours but with flexibility
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
* Collaborate with breakfast and evening teams for smooth transitions and consistency in meal quality

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Chef with a strong background in kitchen operations
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Expertise in preparing buffet-style meals and maintaining food quality
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
* Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
* Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and demands
* Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams
