Our client are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join their service team in Belgium. • Manage WT work activities & preparation for O&M Teams
• Ensure proper SAP bookings and SO closures
• Quality control of maintenance reports
• Provide feedback on work quality
• Support Notified Body department in North area controls
• Manage workload capacity

Dispatching

• Monitor assets in real-time (Bazefield/supervision PC)
• Prioritize breakdown handling
• Ensure FST handles first-line technical support
• Manage on-call duties for HSE, availability, or production issues

Management

• Maintain field presence
• Conduct safety tours and workplace inspections
• Address team weaknesses through training
• Monitor service vehicles condition
• Oversee proper material & goods usage

Logistics and Supply Chain

• Coordinate with logistics for tools & material availability
• Oversee workshop repairs
• Manage Antenna Gent facilities needs

Human Resources

• Team management
• Holiday and leave administration
• Conduct annual performance reviews
• Monitor technician development

SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, Quality)

• Lead toolbox meetings following VCA certification guidelines
• Manage subcontractor work permits
• Assess external parties’ safety performance
• Monitor OCC tool restrictions

Customer Relations

• Daily customer reporting
• O&M manager feedback

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Secondary equivalent
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in Wind industry
