The Team Leader, Int & Ext Warehouse is responsible for overseeing and supervising all warehouse operations, including , storage, Refill ,inventory accuracy and Stagging. This role ensures that the warehouse operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company policies and regulations. You will lead a team of operators and are key in maintaining high levels of productivity, accuracy, and internal customer satisfaction. Working closely with the Production and depend on the Warehouse Supervisor.

Your Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations:
Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, including stagging and Refill.
Ensure optimal space utilization and organization of the warehouse.
Ensure the follow up of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and suggest improvements
Inventory Control:
Analyze deviations reported by the PROD SIC and implement action accordingly to tackle the root cause.
Support Control inventory in case of audit control, Louvain la Neuve &External WH .
Team Leadership:
Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff, including TL and forklift operators.
Conduct performance evaluations, cascade the objectives, and provide feedback to team members.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety within the team.
Logistics Coordination:
Coordinate with the PROD Splitter to ensure timely and accurate stagging schedule on site.
Escalate to Prod & planning in case of stock deviations
Liaise with Supervisors to resolve any issues related to warehouse or inventory.
Monitor the refiil of different storage areas, Hot box, Juice, ACM, …
Safety and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Conduct regular GEMBAS and implement corrective actions as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to minimize accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings in warehouse operations.
Implement lean management techniques to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows and improve overall supply chain performance.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance SIC
Replenishment on-time, FIFO ,
RCA Follow up.

You Bring
Experience in an environment equipped with digital systems such as a SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS) or a Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
Experience in logistics or warehousing supervision (Min 3 years).
An Experience within retail (distribution) and food production will be an advantage
Possess technical knowledge related to the field.
Comfortable with numbers and logistical coordination Computing on Excel.
Possess a forklift and retrack license.
