Take the next step in your life-changing career and apply today!For an introduction to our area – CMC API Pilots – please visit our .The PositionAs Associate Manager of the Facility Team, you will lead a team responsible for securing facility support to our 5 API Pilot facilities and 4 API Development facilities. As part of the Facility Team, you will work closely with skilled employees to secure all necessary supplies for API production and development. You will also be responsible for a group of Project Leads covering technical investment projects (equipment replacement and optimization) in CMC API Pilots and CMC API Development.Your main tasks will be to:

• Ensure stable facility support to 9 buildings in Bagsværd (ABA/AGA, pest control, Power supply, Need Help Inbox etc.)
• Empower and develop team members, ensuring efficient operations and stable supplies.
• Supporting/leading Project Leads in the technical investment projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders in production, development and expansion project.
• Commissioning work (technical investment projects)
• Responsible for apprentices (e.g. Electrical and Automation technicians)

Focus on Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) in the work process is seen in CMC API Pilots as the most important managerial task, and insight into improvement actions is achieved through go-look-se with employees.As Associate Manager you will be part of the leadership team in CMC API Pilots Operations, which is composed of 1 Director, 5 Associate Managers and an administrative coordinator that meets frequently, support each other, and routinely use each other as sparring partners.QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need a technical background as an Engineer, bachelor’s in technology management and engineering (“Maskinmester”), or M.sc in Pharmacy. Furthermore, you will need:

• Experience in the pharma industry and knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) is preferred.
• Leadership experience and a natural desire to engage, develop and empower people.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with both internal and external collaboration partners.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Good technical insight and interest in qualification/validation requirements is preferable.
