Team Leader – Data & Reporting

Position Description:

For a major global client in the semiconductor industry based in Catania, we are seeking a Team Leader – Data & Reporting who is passionate, motivated, and ready to lead at the heart of industrial innovation in Italy.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Ensure successful project launch and execution.
• Maintain continuous communication and engagement with team members.
• Challenge service indicators to exceed targets and objectives.
• Redefine processes for continuous improvement.
• Measure effectiveness for both the client and CGI (profitability and member satisfaction).
• Manage scope changes effectively.
• Prepare and lead steering committees.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Expertise in at least one query/reporting tool, with the ability to design and develop dynamic reports.
• Strong organizational skills and resource management capabilities.
• Proficiency in test environments (tools, datasets) and ability to execute test cases and report anomalies.
• Excellent writing skills and technical English proficiency.

Technical Skills:

• Support and maintenance of engineering, production, and planning data management solutions.
• Technologies: APF, BO XI, SpotFire, Datawarehouse, ETL, ODI.
• Databases: Oracle DB, SQL, PL/SQL, Shell Scripts, VB.
