Job Description:Team Leader Customer Service EU regionRole Overview:Huntsman Performance Products (HPP) EAME Customer Service Team in Krakow is searching for Team Leader for its EU Customer Service.Customer service is the Order to Cash process, which includes creating orders, deliveries, and shipments, as well as ensuring that invoicing is proper at the end of the process. Team Leader Customer Service supervises a team of Customer Service Representatives. The Team Leader manages his or her personal customer portfolio, while also ensuring that the team provides high-quality service to its customers.We’re looking for a person who’s committed to delivering top-notch client support and solutions, with a focus on efficient resolution and the capability to analyze challenging circumstances.Do you think you’re the right fit for this opportunity? Apply today!Role Responsibilities:Lead daily operations of an 8-person Customer Service team in Krakow, covering the EU region.Supervise, coach, and support team development through meetings and personal growth plans.Improve supply chain efficiency by streamlining systems, processes, and procedures.Develop expertise in the product portfolio and customer base to train staff, operate in any back-up role and support decision-making.Review and ensure compliance with SOX, ISO, and other relevant procedures.Assist with audits by providing accurate documentation and evidence.Maintain team oversight while understanding customer requirements to advise management effectively.Evaluate team performance, identify training needs, and ensure continuity of operations.Support recruitment, onboarding, and knowledge transfer for new team members.Escalate and resolve critical issues impacting costs or customer satisfaction.Participate in supply chain projects as needed.Manage own customer accounts, providing operational contact for customers and stakeholders.Collaborate with internal teams like Sales, Supply Chain, Credit and Marketing on customer orders.Ensure accurate customer master data and apply relevant agreements.Coordinate distribution of orders from European stock points, communicating with warehouses and transport providers.Track and update KPI metrics to enhance service levels and drive continuous improvement.

Experience and Competencies:We are looking for self-motivated candidates with great attention to detail and the ability to find the best solution for the customer and the business.What we are looking for:Bachelor’s degree in office management, marketing, finance, logistics or equivalent by experience.Experience in a Customer Service or Supply Chain role, with proven experience leading team of at least 5 employees.Good communication and problem-solving skills in combination with strong commercial skills.A dynamic, flexible, and service-oriented team-player with positive attitude.Stress-resistant, multi-tasker & able to deal with a varying workload and potential customer issues.Eager to learn and open to change.A very good command of English and Polish, knowledge of any other European language would be an asset.What next?If you would like to join an innovative, collaborative, and multicultural team, please apply now.
