The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and at least 5 years of experience in managing a customer service team in a B2B environment. We expect excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, the capability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing SAP projects. Additionally, a very good command of the English language is required. If you are proactive, customer-oriented, and capable of effectively managing a team, we want to meet you!What you’ll need to succeedThe main responsibilities of the Team Leader B2B Customer Service will include managing a team of customer service specialists, ensuring a high level of support and satisfaction for business clients, and optimising customer service processes. You will be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting results, and initiating actions aimed at improving service quality. Analysing data and statistics to ensure continuous service quality improvement, managing supply chain processes related to customer service to ensure smooth operations, and enhancing business processes, efficiency, and digitalisation will also be key tasks.
