Then you are the Team Leader phytopathology we are looking for our site in Almería.PuestoWhat does the role of Team Leader at Rijk Zwaan entail?As Team Leader you are responsible for the implementation phytopathology lab within Rijk Zwaan. You lead a team of technician, lab assistants and nursery assistant.As a leader, you coach team members and ensure the necessary coordination with research departments. Additionally, you are involved in:

• Making strategic plans for the laboratory, including investment plans
• Implementing organizational and technical improvements within the department
• Ensuring good cooperation with internal customers
• Maintaining and improving good working conditions

RequisitosWhat you bringYou have extensive experience in leading and coaching teams. You are communicative and focused on collaboration. You are also good at organizing, planning, negotiating, and have a strong sense of responsibility. Furthermore, you keep up with scientific insights and technologies in the field of phytopathology. You are driven to keep the laboratory leading based on these insights. Additionally, your CV includes:

• A completed university degree in biotechnology or biology or similar
• Phd in plant pathology
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience
• Demonstrable leadership skills and/or experience
• Good command of Spanish and English
