Team Leaderlokalizacja: Warszawa (mazowieckie)numer referencyjny: 1189627/jobs.plforma zatrudnienia: Pełny etatFor one of our clients, we are looking for a team leader who will join a software house located in Warsaw. Work is in a hybrid model with visits in the office twice a week.Your Responsibilities:
- Coordinating software development team
- Manage and optimize your team’s backlog
- Assist your team in discussing and resolving technical issues (within the team and with architects).
- Utilize JIRA workflows to track estimations, development, and deliveries with the team
- Identify and mitigate risks at the team level
- Monitor the quality of epics being developed by your team (in collaboration with your team and the Product Owner)
- Participate in meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to the community by proposing and implementing process improvements
Our Requirements:
- Master’s degree in a technical field (preferably computer science)
- Over 4 years of commercial experience in the IT industry, including at least 2 years of experience leading teams in software development projects
- Familiarity with technologies/tools such as Java, JavaScript, Web Applications, Security, Databases, Git, CI/CD, and Test Automation (hands-on experience as a developer in these areas is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide concise status updates to management
- Strong sense of responsibility, quality, goal orientation, and attention to detail
- Positive attitude towards work, customer focus, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English and Polish, both written and spoken
