As a team leader at T K Maxx you can make the difference. Your stress resistance and motivation ensure a pleasant atmosphere in the workplace. You support the managers by helping and guiding a team of employees in a store environment that is constantly changing. This ensures that no working day is the same and that customers are always pleasantly surprised when they visit the store. About you

You understand our customers and know exactly how to give them a unique shopping experience.
