Ultimately, your core responsibility lies in nurturing their growth and enabling them to shine and thrive.The supervisors are working on commissioning projects across North & Central Europe with the occasional project outside Europe. While your daily tasks are at the office in Aarhus, you will be traveling about 30 days a year to meet with supervisors and stakeholders.main responsibilities- Team and individual management: Effectively lead and support the team, fostering a collaborative environment for growth, development, and success
