For our ever-evolving HR organization in the Netherlands, we are currently recruiting for a Teamleader HR Shared Service Center. You will be responsible for managing the HR Shared Service Center consisting of 9 motivated and enthousiastic colleagues, all based in Tilburg. The team is responsible for the execution of various HR processes and payroll processing. It is your job to ensure, together with the team, that all HR back office processes during the entire employee life cycle run efficiently and flawlessly. You also ensure correct delivery for payroll processing. You are constantly looking at whether HR processes can be done and become more efficient by optimizing and automating them. Furthermore, you don’t mind being operationally involved in the administrative processing of payroll and the administration regarding inflow, throughput and outflow. In this role. you will report directly to the Manager HR Shared Service Center who is also based in Tilburg.

What You Will Bring

-Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent;
-A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience within an HR department and/or similar position;
-2-3 years of managerial experience with a focus on developing teams;
-Proven experience with optimizing and improving HR and/or Payroll processes and/or transformation projects. Experience with payroll is a must;
-You are familiar with working with personnel information systems and experience with AFAS and/or Oracle Fusion is a plus;
-Excellent proficiency in both Dutch and English language, verbally and in writing. 
 

You have a service-oriented attitude and can work accurately. You are an enthusiastic team player that can motivate and energize teams and build excellent relationships, where you will also be decisive and bring a no-nonsense mentality. Flexibility, priority-setting and the ability to work with pressure and deadlines are crucial as well.
