With us, you will be working with world-leading process industry solutions in a result-driven and respectful culture.As a Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of highly skilled and diverse Technical Project Managers. Our Project Managers are experienced in leading highly complex projects on a global scale. They are on the front line leading global manufacturing initiatives within the industry with the feasibilities, planning and execution of technology developments as well as multitude of workstreams in major projects pertaining to process, documentation, and tooling.As the Team Lead, you will actively develop your team, ensure the right competencies and skills are available both now and in the future. This will involve coaching, sparring, mentoring, recruiting, one-to-one dialogues, continuous feedback etc. You will be doing competence mapping and creating development plans for the whole team and for the individual team member.On a broader scale, as Team Lead you will have a fundamental role in developing the department strategy in close cooperation with the department manager. Also, with the department manager, you will have the responsibility to coordinate and align the project portfolio & resources cross stakeholders assuring that the forecast of the projects is properly planned cross the value chain.We expect our next Team Lead for Technical Project Management team to lead from the front and be a leader for all employees you interface with. The Team Lead must work in a structured way and have a high level of trust and empowerment towards the team as well as a finely tuned sense of diplomacy towards our partnering organizations. - Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.
- Promoter of a culture of safety, trust, empowerment, and ownership.
- Proven record for People Management (min. 3 years)
- A technical background within e.g. engineering
- Office location in Aalborg – Denmark
- Willing to travel as needed.
- A structured approach to your work and the ability to handle simultaneous assignments.
- Energetic with follow-through attitude able to thrive in a dynamic and international environment.
- Solid communication skills. Ability to communicate across a complex organization and to all stakeholders of different cultures.
- Excellent English skills both orally and in writing.
- Preferably experience in factory & production line set up and production, new product introduction and technology transfers
- Preferably the candidate has prior experience in the Wind Manufacturing or similar manufacturing industry with an academic background in Engineering and/or People Management.
