Job Title Team Lead Factory Quality EngineeringJob DescriptionAchieve a state of high quality performance, compliance and sustainability in our factory in Best, while pursuing continuous quality improvement through the application of Quality Engineering practices.Your role:Ensure product quality while maintaining full compliancy and driving manufacturing excellenceAchieve timely releases of products with high quality and outstanding reliabilityManage a team of Quality engineers and Reject HandlersBe the single point of contact for our modalities for customers like legal manufacturer and operations managerLeading & enabling strong cross-functional partnership between different StakeholdersYou’re the right fit if:At least 5 years’ experience within quality engineering within an operational environment in the medical devices and/or pharma industryAt least Bachelor level coupled with technical backgroundExperience with Medical Device Regulations and standards (FDA CFR,ISO 13485:2016) preferredGood communication and reporting skills in English and DutchTeam management / coordinating experienceContinuous improvement mindest
