As the Team Lead for Infrastructure Security you play a fundamental role in leading a team of skilled experts and protecting Siemens’ digital infrastructure.

What are your responsibilities?

• You are the disciplinary leader of a team of cybersecurity experts. You coach your team members, conduct regular performance reviews, and support personal growth (up-skilling and career path) such that each team member can achieve their maximum potential. You are needed for our team, as you lead your team and enable them such that they can contribute towards our commitment to cyber-securing Siemens Businesses and Service and Governance units, with the necessary technical and tactical knowledge and expertise in the various and changing cybersecurity domains

• In close collaboration with Cybersecurity Service Owners, you identify and develop the necessary professional expertise and abilities in various Infrastructure Security domains and in a constantly evolving service portfolio and threat landscape

• You maintain a structured capacity management that ensures proper utilization of the workforce and forward planning for tomorrow’s needs

• You also bring to bear an eco-system of technology partners and suppliers that help respond to extraordinary resource demands and one-offs

• You empower the team members with skills to improve their confidence, domain knowledge and business communications skills

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• You have a degree or equivalent experience in computer science, IT security or related fields

• Multi-year experience in leading an international team of technical experts combined with technical hands-on expertise in a specific cybersecurity domain (e.g. Vulnerability Management, Infrastructure Security, Security Process & Governance)

• You are skilled in motivating, giving directions and orientation

• Your networking and interpersonal skills enables you to build bridges and to collaborate with another departments

• Fluent German and English Skills round off your profile,
