Our London admin team plays a pivotal role in supporting various aspects of our business operations. We seek an assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, collaborating closely with the Head of Admin in London.

An Asset Management Firm.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating extensive travel arrangements, including complex international trips
  • Managing conference bookings and multi-stop trips
  • Processing expenses efficiently
  • Organising trader lunches and dinners
  • Juggling multiple diaries across different time zones
  • Facilitating meetings in various time zones using Zoom and Teams
  • Drafting documents and presentations as required
  • Handling incoming calls and redirecting them appropriately
  • Undertaking general administrative tasks such as business card orders, invoice approvals, and maintaining spreadsheets
  • Setting up, recording, and initiating video conferences for meetings
  • Providing occasional holiday cover and support for other EAs within the company
  • Undertaking ad hoc administrative projects and tasks


The successful candidate:

  • At least a few years experience in a fast paced Team EA role within a corporate environment
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Poised, professional, and polished demeanor, with a ‘no job too big or small’ mentality
  • Quick learner with exceptional attention to detail
  • Flexible approach and excellent time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Collaborative with a team-first mentality
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to articulate different approaches in handling high work volumes
