The position

As a Team Coordinator at Novo Nordisk, you will:

-Provide team support across four VP areas, including calendar support, planning team meetings, 1:1s, offsite etc, travel management.
-Manage budgets by monitoring and proactively flagging under/overspend, supporting project budgets, and coordinating input for financial reports.
-Coordinate people life cycle management processes such as recruitment, onboarding, HR processes, and maintaining updated mailing lists.
-Ensure compliance by following up on ISOtrain trainings.
-Provide communication support by maintaining team sites on SharePoint and assisting with ad hoc communication tasks.
-Provide ad ho support for the VPs. 
 

The role is based in Søborg, Denmark, and requires regular on-site presence; the successful candidate is expected to work from the office five days per week.

Qualifications

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you

-Hold relevant administrative education or background (e.g., office trainee, HD1, or Bachelor).
-Have 2–3 years’ practical experience with diverse administrative processes such as meeting coordination, calendar management and budget management, experience from Novo Nordisk is an advantage.
-Have strong planning and coordination skills and can manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
-Possess solid experience working with budgets and financial follow-up.
-Have strong IT skills and are comfortable with common office systems and tools.
-Are excellent in written and spoken English.
-Are service-minded and have good collaboration and interpersonal skills.
-Are proactive, flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing needs while maintaining high quality and adherence to deadlines.

As a person, you are organized and dependable — you take initiative, set priorities clearly and drive efficient coordination across teams. You enjoy supporting others, build constructive working relationships, and contribute positively to a high-performing administrative function.

Global Market Access & Pricing is part of Portfolio Strategy & Access (PS&A) is responsible for the development of strategies that optimize the reach and value of the Novo Nordisk portfolio globally, as part of the Product & Portfolio Strategy organisation.
