Get ready to step into the vibrant world of Real Estate! For our Capital Markets department, we are currently looking for a team assistant. You will join a market leading team of 14 professionals that advise both international and Belgian clients in their investment and divestment activities of commercial real estate in Belgium and Luxembourg.
What’s in it for you?
Your responsibilities will vary from agenda management to supporting the team in their daily activities. Coordination of meetings, managing the database, organization of client events and internal incentives. Mainly, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team and taking over their administrative tasks.
Let’s talk about you
You love teamwork and being part of a successful team. You have a high school or bachelor diploma.
A first experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required. You have a good knowledge of MS Office applications and excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch, French and English.
