Are you ready to inspire and empower students with diverse learning needs? Explore the fulfilling role of an SEN Teaching Assistant.

Envision going to work each day and having a daily opportunity to make a significant and positive impact. This setting is actively searching for committed Teaching Assistants who embody qualities of patience, resilience, and encouragement, all while championing the growth of children and young adults with diverse needs, including SEMH, Autism, SLD, PMLD, and associated behavioural challenges.

Your Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in the mission to nurture and educate. The modern, well-equipped classrooms provide an ideal learning environment, complemented by ample outdoor space that encourages exploration and enriches the educational journey. For older students, vocational workshops empower them to achieve independence as they transition into adulthood.

Working closely with dedicated teachers and staff, you’ll provide essential support to students with varying needs. Responsibilities include assisting in lesson planning and delivery, offering one-on-one guidance, and contributing to the seamless functioning of the school. Whether supporting young learners or older students, you’ll have the opportunity to make a tangible difference in their lives, helping them thrive both academically and emotionally.

What’s in Store for You:

Joining the team means becoming part of something transformative. You’ll experience the joy of watching students grow, learn, and conquer challenges. The school provide a supportive and collaborative environment that values your input and dedication. This is more than just a job; it’s a chance to be an integral part of shaping bright futures. In addition to free parking, there is a comprehensive career progression scheme and an employee wellness program.

Your Qualities:

We’re seeking individuals who bring not only experience but also a genuine passion for guiding young minds. Patience, resilience, and encouragement will be your guiding principles. Your willingness to work closely with diverse age groups and needs will set you apart as you help our students flourish.

Start Your Extraordinary Journey:

Step into a role that goes beyond the ordinary – join the team as a Teaching Assistant and contribute to a community dedicated to nurturing growth and fostering success. Your journey begins here, where each day is an opportunity to create a lasting impact.

Key Skills and Experience Needed:

* Empathy, resilience, and a positive attitude
* Willingness to learn
* Experience with SEN/SEMH is desirable but not essential
* Own transport due to location
* GCSE Maths and English grade C or equivalent
