UP International Education manages grants for native level English-speaking recent university graduates to acquire experience as teaching assistants of and in the English language in private schools in the autonomous community of Navarra and the rest of Spain, in collaboration with the Public University of Navarra (Universidad Pblica de Navarra, or UPNA). Fast ApplyJob SummaryDetails of PositionIf you are interested in education and would like to gain experience as an English Teaching Assistant in Spain, Up International Education offers an educational and teacher training program.Our program combines a theoretical training course and a teaching assistant placement in a Spanish school, equivalent to approximately 20 teaching hours a week, under a signed agreement and a monthly grant to cover your living expenses.

Have a teaching vocation.

Desirable but not required:
– A teaching degree
– A TEFL diploma
– Experience with children (tutoring, volunteering, mentoring, etc).Salary and BenefitsGrant of up to 1050 euros/month or equivalent with the possibility of earning extra money as the terms and conditions do not oblige exclusivity, as long as the economic activity does not interfere with the terms and conditions of the grant.The Teaching Assistant will receive all necessary support and help with the formalities and administrative requirements related to the role.Upon arrival, the TA will receive from Up International Education all the support needed with accommodation and/or any paperwork involved, and with any other matters to enable the candidate to settle in smoothly, as well as helping the TA to adapt to Spanish life.Moreover, a personal tutor will be assigned to the TA during the whole school year and will provide all the support needed.Job Location|Fast ApplyFast ApplyJob SummaryThe TA will work alongside the English teacher to help learners enhance mostly their oral skills and intercultural awareness by planning activities, preparing presentations and engaging in conversation with them.
