Teaching Assistant – Market Deeping.We are currently working with a partner primary school, located in the Market Deeping area, who are looking to appoint a full-time (32.5hrs) Teaching Assistant from October 2024.This is a long-term role, and will include working 1:1 with a student in Y2 with complex needs. For the right candidate this has the potential of becoming a permanent post.The right candidate will be experienced working with SEN, have a positive and motivated attitude and have a good understanding of phonics. • Two references from an education or care provider
• Experience working within the age range 2-11
• Previous phonics’ experience is desired but appropriate CPD can be provided by the school
• Energy, enthusiasm and vision
• A strong commitment to raising standards
• The ability to communicate with and inspire children of all abilities
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Experience of providing a positive learning environment
