We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our inclusive school community.Role Overview:

• Position: Teaching Assistant/ Learning Support Assistant
• Location: Croydon, London
• Start Date: Immediate, pending registration completion
• Contract: Full-time, 5 days a week
• Pay: £85 to £110 per day (dependent on experience, school, and location)
• Contract Type: Long-term temporary with potential for permanent placement

Requirements:

• Must have or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS check
• Experience in educational settings is essential
• Experience working with SEN and/or SEMH students is desired

Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting the learning and development of students in the classroom
• Assisting with individual education plans and behavioural management strategies
• Collaborating with teachers and SENCO to create inclusive learning environments
• Providing pastoral care and emotional support to students
• Engaging students in educational activities and promoting independence
